Team Overview: Business Development Services serves as a critical business enablement function supporting the creation, governance, maintenance, automation, and distribution of due diligence, consultant database entries and responses to requests for information/proposal from existing clients, prospects and consultants globally and across asset classes.
The team collaborates with subject matter experts to create deliverables in a timely and efficient way. Position Overview: We are seeking a Vice President to lead our content management function. The Senior Content Manager leads governance and optimization of proposal content across AI-enabled proposal platforms (Loopio and other tools).
This player/coach role manages team members, maintains content, implements content strategy, establishes governance standards, drives adoption of proposal technology, and helps ensure AI-powered response generation produces accurate, compliant, and high-quality outputs

- Implement content lifecycle policies
- Reduce duplication across repositories

- Optimize content for large language model retrieval
- Implement best practice standards in support of AI-ready content
- Monitor AI response quality Platform Administration
- Serve as business owner for Loopio
- Configure folders, permissions and workflows
- Evaluate, test and implement new platform capabilities
- Partner with IT SMEs to manage integrations
- Support system enhancements
- Develop reporting dashboards Reporting
- Library utilization and quality

- Update training materials to reflect product enhancements Qualifications:
- Asset management/investment industry knowledge
- 10+ years proposal/content management experience
- Leadership/people management experience
