Bosch Global Software Technologies (BGSW) is a 100% wholly owned subsidiary of Bosch. Role Objective Drive accelerated growth across India,by expanding enterprise, Govt and PSU client relationships, building a strong regional pipeline, and scaling revenue through a mix of new business acquisition and strategic account development.
The role requires a leader who can navigate diverse market dynamics, build local relevance, and scale the business from an emerging footprint to a high-growth regional portfolio
Key Responsibilities
- Regional Market Expansion:
- Own and drive sales strategy across India across chosen domains (Discrete manufacturing, Automotive, Energy & Utilities and Tech Services) with adjacencies towards Process & Pharma, Retailand emerging industries with a focus on new logo acquisition and expansion of existing accounts.
- Identify and prioritize high-growth accounts and spread to the Medium segments and sectors within the region based on maturity, demand, and competitive landscape Revenue Growth & Pipeline Development
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities across Enterprise services, Engineering services, Digital Transformation projects and AI jumpstart
- Drive consistent deal closures and contribute to aggressive revenue growth targets across the region.
- Balance short-term wins with long-term strategic deals and account mining. Strategic Account & Relationship Management
- Develop and leverage CXO-level relationships across key accounts
- Experience in partnerships and ecosystem development for scaled growth
Qualifications
- Essential Experience
- 20+ years of experience in sales leadership within strong alignment with Indian Enterprises and Govt business
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth across the India market
- Strong experience in selling IT services (ERP, Application Development), Industry 4.0, and engineering services.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-country sales environments.
- Experience working with partners, alliances, and ecosystem stakeholders in the region.
- Navigate complex, relationship-driven buying environments typical of India market.
- Establish credibility as a trusted advisor in Enterprise technologies/ Govt opportunities and Engineering services. Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing regional sales team (hunters + account managers).
- Instill a performance-driven, ownership-oriented culture with strong execution rigor.
- Collaborate closely with presales, delivery, and leadership teams.
- Identify emerging sector opportunities specific to the India market.
- Work with internal teams to localize offerings and solutions for regional relevance. Go-to-Market & Ecosystem Development
- Define and execute region-specific GTM strategies aligned to local market needs.
- Build partnerships with local ecosystem players, including system integrators, industry bodies, Govt organizations and hyper-scalers.
- Strengthen brand presence and market positioning in the region. Sector & Portfolio Development
- Drive growth across key sectors such as Manufacturing, Automotive, Energy & Utilities, Energy, Tech services and Defense. Ideal Candidate Profile

- Strong relationship builder, CxO-connects, with deep understanding of doing business in the Indian market
- Hands-on leader who can actively contribute to deal-making while building team capability, with anability to hold key service offerings in a few of the domains at Day1-2 level conversations
