Job Summary: This position will provide support to the US Litigation team by identifing necessary documents and electronic evidences for the claims/notices recevied, pulling data from various internal database, assembling and preparing case summary documents.
In office, full time role. Shift timings: 2 PM to 11 PM IST Roles & Responsibilities: Core Responsibilities: Provide assistance to U.S. Litigation Team by conducting research on claims/notices received, assembling legal documents and electronic evidences Ability to navigate easily through claim documents to identify relevant facts, collect supporting documents for defense and prepare case summaries Handling legal mailbox - responding to requests, transferring to necessary departments and ensuring closure Opening and closing of subpoenas related support and legal hold requests Support with personal file production and e-discovery Pull data from various databases to analyse the claim and enter relevant information in the analysis sheet/tools Ability to perform email/phone outreach to relevant stakeholders and engage on discussions related to claims and ensure repository is updated Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and other litigation support staff to ensure seamless support in pre-litigation and litigation process Working with or providing confidential and sensitive information and exercising discretion concerning its dissemination.
Creating spreadsheets/documents to organize, display, and summarize data to facilitate analysis. Years of Experience: 1-2 years of experience working in Multinational Companies/Law Firms/Legal Process Outsourcing Firms and has provided support with legal/insurance claims Education Qualification & Certifications (optional) Required Minimum Qualifications : Bachelors degree in any field Skill Set Required Primary Skills (must have) Ability to understand legal claim documents, identify required documents to be collected and summarise the matter Attention to detail.

Exceptional integrity and work ethic Secondary Skills (desired) Prior experience of supporting the global legal teams (US team) is an added advantage.
