  • The Employee Skilling team, within AWS Skilling and Social Impact (SSI), delivers scalable AI fluency and cloud competency pathways designed to meet every Amazonian at their current skill level. We serve ~1.5M Amazonians — regardless of technical background — by amplifying, connecting, and scaling the learning ecosystem required to meet learners where they are. We are the connective layer between Amazonian learners, operating as the Center of Excellence (COE) for skilling at scale.
