Work Flexibility: Hybrid Job Description Schedule 1st Shift: Mon – Fri, 8:00am – 5pm Overtime based on business needs What you will do Follow order entry process and provide proactive updates on order status to accelerate billing process Provide phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals.
Engage, interact, and respond in a prompt, accurate, courteous and poised manner to encourage positive business relationships Process all work in accordance with relevant working practices and standard operating procedures. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve service levels, internal processes and customer support methodology Consistently demonstrate a positive, constructive, and cooperative attitude in the business environment Provide support beyond standard hours as needed if call volume and/or workload require additional time Support Sales Department by providing answers to questions generated by telephone, e-mails and fax Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information Implement and support Quality initiatives throughout branch Implement procedures to maintain accurate inventory records in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system through proper billing and replenishment processes What you need Required High School Diploma or equivalent Three (2) years relevant work experience One (1)+ year ERP experience Ability to work flexible hours and overtime, as business needs Preferred Bachelor's degree Experience as account representative; order processing; customer service $23.74 - $32.12 USD Hourly Travel Percentage: 10% Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
