- ROS through distributor and customer leadership. Scope

- 12–15+ years commercial experience in FMCG / beverage alcohol
- Proven leadership of multiple states or large regional P&L
- Extensive experience with distributor management and 3-tier systems
- Demonstrated success in key account or national customer leadership
- Strong track record of leading senior level teams
- Strong financial acumen with demonstrated ownership of regional P&L, trade investment, demand forecasting, ROI, and resource allocation decisions that drive volume, share, ROS, and profitable growth. Background
- Strong exposure to both On and Off Premise channels
- Experience leading through organizational change / transformation
- Track record of building high-performing teams Education
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Marketing, or related)
