People Technology is the central hub for all Amazon people data. Our product and technology provides the foundation for a multitude of key human resource processes, from on-boarding of tens of thousands of temporary employees during peak holiday season, capturing time-related events across an associate's day to day activities, to integrating critical employee data to internal and external systems. We implement and build highly secure, global software that allows Amazon to effectively manage the workforce, resulting in a better employee experience and a better bottom line. Key job responsibilities * Own and manage the TimeHub product roadmap across multiple geographies, balancing business priorities with customer needs * Drive strategy and execution for key product areas, including pay calculation and time tracking systems * Partner with engineering, design, operations

You'll spend your time collaborating with engineering and design teams to translate complex business requirements into clear product strategies. You might start your day reviewing customer feedback and data insights to inform prioritization decisions, then move into a working session with operations stakeholders to understand how recent product changes are impacting their workflows. You'll also present product progress and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, using data to support your recommendations. Throughout the week, you'll partner across multiple geographies to ensure our solutions address diverse business needs while maintaining security and scalability. Beyond routine product management, you'll occasionally dive deep into analyzing market trends or conducting customer discovery sessions to uncover new opportunities for the roadmap.   • Bachelor's degree - 7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product - Experience with end to end product delivery - Experience bridging technical and business teams to collect and refine requirements, prioritize incoming work requests
