Senior Lead QA Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute AI testing strategy for agentic and AI‑driven solutions Lead testing activities of models, prompts, agent workflows
• AI outputs Manage test planning, execution and evidence tracking using Test Management Tool.
• Drive automation coverage using Python‑based frameworks and ensure maintainable test suites Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines.
• Use Cursor AI as a primary tool to design, generate, refactor and maintain automated test scripts Drive defect triage, risk assessment
• release readiness decisions Collaborate with Product Owner, Engineering Leads, Data Science and Business teams Mentor testers and promote best practices in AI and prompt‑based testing Cursor AI as a primary tool to design, generate, refactor
• maintain automated test scripts Required Skills: Experience in test leadership and QA governance Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and non‑deterministic system behavior Strong hands‑on experience with UI/API automation, AI workflow automation and building scalable Python test frameworks.
• Hands-on experience in Models, prompts, scoring logic, regeneration workflows, Agent decision flows and multi‑agent coordination Experience with functional, Non Functional, Regression and UAT testing Experience building CI/CD QA pipelines.
• Experience in using ALM, JIRA, LangSmith and Data Dog Tools Experience with AI-assisted development and testing tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot etc Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Skills: Experience testing Agentic AI or LLM‑based systems Experience with AI‑assisted testing setup using Playwright MCP in VS Code Exposure to AI testing techniques such as scenario‑based or metamorphic testing Performance/Load Testing and related tools.(Load Runner Tool) IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
