Your day might include reviewing a hosted services agreement, drafting amendments to software licensing contracts
  • negotiating terms with external partners. You'll provide strategic advice to business clients on transactions and processes, helping them navigate complex commercial relationships. Beyond routine contract work, you'll identify opportunities to improve how we handle agreements—finding ways to simplify workflows and reduce friction across the legal team. You'll work across multiple projects simultaneously, shifting between detailed contract analysis and collaborative problem-solving with colleagues who depend on your guidance. About the team We are the Enterprise Tech Sourcing Legal team within AWS Products Legal

  • Experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts - 2+ years of contracts management experience
