- Job Title Talent Sourcing Partner Job Description Job description The Talent Sourcing Partner acts as a strategic partner for a dedicated business line, identifying high-caliber talent for critical vacancies through advanced technology and market insights. Working in collaboration with TA Team Leads and Talent partners ensures the talent pipeline is robust and aligned with business objectives. This role requires a consultancy mindset to influence hiring decisions and a data-driven approach to talent identification. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Team Leads to review hiring roadmaps and align on priority roles, ensuring sourcing efforts are focused on the most critical business needs. Serve as a subject matter expert for the assigned business line, participating in intake sessions to consult with Hiring Managers and Talent partners on candidate personas, market and search feasibility. Execute search strategies for priority vacancies using Boolean logic, semantic search to engage high-quality passive talent. Utilize AI-powered sourcing platforms and automation tools to enhance candidate discovery streamline engagement workflows and increase overall sourcing efficiency. Conduct market mapping and research to deliver actionable intelligence on competitor landscapes, talent density, and compensation trends to influence hiring decisions. Build and nurture talent communities for recurring roles to ensure a sustainable flow of qualified candidates and a reduction in long-term time-to-fill. Prepare and present quarterly sourcing updates to the TA team, analyzing key performance metrics, channel effectiveness, and strategic outcomes. Job Requirements 4+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, with a track record of identifying talent for professional roles in a corporate environment. A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- or equivalent professional experience in a high-growth corporate environment. Experience using sourcing techniques, including Boolean strings, X-ray searching, and the use of diverse platforms beyond traditional job boards to uncover passive talent. Hand-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and AI-driven sourcing tools (e.g. HireEZ) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide data-backed recommendations to Recruiters and Hiring Managers.
