Broker Relations Senior Advisor
As Broker Relations Senior Advisor for Global Health Benefits, you will shape and lead strategies that deepen broker relationships, expand market reach, and drive sustainable growth. This role blends strategic planning, relationship leadership, analytics, and cross-functional execution.
You will partner with senior leaders, sales teams, product partners, and broker stakeholders to create clear priorities, strengthen broker engagement, and deliver measurable commercial outcomes. Responsibilities Lead the broker growth strategy and annual operating plan, aligning priorities, investments, and timelines with enterprise, regional, and segment goals.
Define broker segmentation, targeting, tiering, and engagement models based on market opportunity , performance, strategic value, and growth potential. Translate market intelligence, broker feedback, competitive insights, and performance data into broker value propositions and go-to-market strategies.
Design broker campaigns and engagement programs with clear objectives , success measures, accountable owners, and follow-through routines. Build and maintain strategic relationships with brokers, consultants, and intermediary partners to increase satisfaction, advocacy, retention, and revenue.
Serve as a senior point of contact for complex broker matters, including growth opportunities, service concerns, renewal risks, and market-facing issues. Coordinate execution across Sales, Product, Marketing, Enablement, Analytics, Operations, and regional teams to deliver broker strategy priorities.
Partner with Product and Marketing teams to ensure broker feedback informs product roadmaps, launch readiness, messaging, and enablement tools. Develop executive-ready narratives, business cases, briefings, and recommendations that connect broker needs to growth and service strategies.
Use analytics and performance reporting to evaluate results, refine broker programs, and identify new opportunities for improvement. Apply AI-enabled tools responsibly to accelerate research, synthesize insights, and streamline planning, while using sound judgment and data care.
Required Qualifications Minimum 8+ years of experience in broker relations, sales strategy, business development, client management, or related healthcare/insurance roles. Experience building commercial strategies, operating plans, or go-to-market programs that drive measurable business growth.
Strong relationship management skills with the ability to influence senior internal and external stakeholders. Experience using market insights, performance data, and feedback to shape strategy, decision-making, and execution plans. Excellent communication skills with the ability to create executive-ready materials, recommendations, and presentations.
Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, marketing, or related field. Experience working with global health benefits, multinational brokers, consultants, or intermediary channels. Knowledge of healthcare, insurance, employee benefits, or international health markets.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, governance routines, or broker enablement programs. Comfort using AI-enabled tools to support research, planning, reporting, and communications. If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 115,900 - 193,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location. This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
