Director - HRBP

What you’ll do Partner with line leaders of the assigned organization to define and execute the human capital strategy and site-wide strategies to reach business objectives.

Lead the overall talent management process including headcount management, high-potential identification, development, succession planning, and performance management. Directly lead and manage a team of HR professionals supporting the local organization at the site level.

Provide strategic consultation to leadership to align HR and business strategy through talent optimization. Serve as the primary escalation point for HR-related BU/COE issues and employee relations cases. What experience you need 7+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner leading teams in multinational companies (IT Product organizations preferred).

Experience in operating in a matrix organizational structure Demonstrated expertise in compensation planning, organizational design, employee relations, and workforce planning. Proven track record of operating effectively within a matrix organizational structure and executing transformational processes.

What could set you apart MBA/Masters degree in HRM or labour laws is preferred Professional HR Certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR). Experience within Financial Services or Technology industries. Proficiency with Workday, AI and Google Workspace tools.
