- Responsibilities Design, develop, test
- maintain scalable backend services and REST APIs. Build reliable, modular
- maintainable software following engineering best practices. Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, QA
- senior engineers to deliver high-quality features. Participate in the design and implementation of cloud-native, microservices-based applications. Optimize application performance, database queries
- API response times. Contribute to code reviews and continuously improve code quality. Debug production issues and participate in on-call rotations when required. Write unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability. Work with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes to deliver software efficiently. Learn and adopt engineering best practices, including security, observability
- performance optimization. Requirements Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot or similar) to improve developer productivity and code quality. 3–5 years of experience in backend software development. Strong knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) with the ability to write efficient, optimized code. Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and software design principles. Experience developing RESTful APIs and backend services. Good understanding of system design fundamentals and distributed systems concepts. Experience with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and exposure to NoSQL databases. Familiarity with caching technologies (Redis/Memcached) and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ
- similar). Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP. Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines
- Agile development practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams. Willingness to learn, take ownership of assigned features
