Collaborate with the team and pears to deliver projects and artifacts (e.g., AutoCAD files, specifications as needed, design frameworks, mathematical models, RFPs). 5. Work effectively with peers, engineers
- internal partners to understand their needs and identify any opportunities/problems arising from technical decisions. 6. Invent, develop
- refine solutions to ensure they are meeting customer, business, operational, technology
- team goals. 7. Understand business impact of technical designs and show good judgment when making design suggestions, ensuring they meet performance and scaling targets. 8. Assume responsibility for the specific aspects of the design or system you work on

- A Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field and 1 year(s) of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. In the alternative, a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field followed by 3 year(s) of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Must have 1 year(s) of experience in the following: 1. Experience in ownership/management of engineering design projects. 2.
