Position Summary We are looking for a Sr. Manager of Consumer Engagement Product to join our team at CVS Health. This person will be deeply involved with leading ongoing consumer engagement product efforts including enriched messaging, VoiceAI, and other innovative channel engagement products.

This role is a high-level individual contributor role. Position responsibilities Collaborate closely with product owners in the consumer engagement portfolio to efficiently manage key activities, milestones, and deliverables Lead research initiatives on effective consumer engagement methodologies for the product portfolio Identify, monitor, and enhance success metrics across the consumer engagement portfolio, including engagement and opt-out rates Manage special projects within the portfolio , such as automating approval processes and developing innovative ways of working Influence and coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders to effectively drive progress on critical deliverables and raise potential roadblocks Required skills Critical reasoning – your primary responsibilities require you to operate at the intersection of project and product management.

The team will lean on you to effectively get us to connect the dots between multiple ongoing priorities. Proactivity – there is no set “playbook” for this job. An ideal profile for this is someone who takes the initiative to address priorities within the organization and likes the autonomy to act on those priorities.

Portfolio management – you will have exposure across multiple different priorities and will be responsible for keeping the team’s portfolio organized Detail orientation - we are a complex and data-backed organization. The details matter to us and our stakeholders Effective communication – the role requires succinct written and verbal communication across the organization Required Qualifications 3-5+ years experience at a top-tier management consulting firm or 3-5+ years as a product manager at an early/mid stage start-up 3-5 years of experience with PowerPoint, Excel, and other productivity software 3-5 years of experience building executive level deliverables (e.g., story lining a presentation) and project plans Experience with AI tools such as Claude CoWork and/or OpenAI Codex General interest in healthcare, technology, and marketing Education Bachelor's in Business Administration or a quantitative field or equivalent experience Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $142,140.00 - $284,280.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.

The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
