- Job summary Amazon Studios is seeking an experienced development and programming executive to develop and oversee drama series. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in both development and production

Key job responsibilities Seek out and assess pilot proposals, scripts
- pitches. Recruit new creative talent. Work with writers to develop story and scripts. Work across all creative aspects of development, production and post-production. Serve as a liaison between the scripted department and all other departments including Casting, Production, Marketing, Press, Research, Business and Legal Affairs.
- 7+ years of creative executive experience - 5+ years of series development experience - 10+ years of unscripted development and current programming in network/studio and production company roles experience - Experience working with other departments such as casting, production, research, PR, business and legal affairs - Experience overseeing all creative aspects of development production and post production

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
