- AWS MOTOR is seeking a result-oriented Senior Procurement Manager for Global Procurement support in the MOTOR SCFM organization. The SCFM Procurement Lead will serve as the strategic sourcing and supply chain enablement partner for Supply Chain Facilities Management, ensuring that construction projects, facility operations
- infrastructure programmers across all regions — APAC, EMEA

- services. Key job responsibilities Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Management
- Develop and manage a qualified vendor pool for construction, mechanical, electrical, and security infrastructure
- Lead sourcing strategies for critical materials — including Pure PG25 at scale across three manufacturing sites and liquid cooling components
- Negotiate and manage contracts with General Contractors (Gray Construction, LSK, MCA) and specialist subcontractors (Hanley Energy, Rovisys, Stulz)
- Evaluate alternative suppliers and second-source options to reduce single-point-of-failure risk OFCI/OFOI Equipment Management
- Own the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for Owner-Furnished, Contractor-Installed (OFCI) and Owner-Furnished, Owner-Installed (OFOI) equipment
- Manage long-lead equipment tracking and expediting — current risk: lead times ex-tending to September/October 2026
- Coordinate material storage solutions, e.g. 15,000 sq ft at MEI Industrial Solutions
- Track delivery milestones across all active projects, including RTU and chiller deliveries in transit Cost Management & Budget Stewardship
- Support Capital Appropriation Request (CAR) development with accurate cost estimates from Quantity Surveyors
- Track infrastructure cost estimates
- Manage change orders and scope modifications through General Contractor relationships
- Drive cost optimisation across the portfolio without compromising quality or schedule Cross-Regional Coordination
- Align procurement strategies across APAC, EMEA, and NALA to leverage global buying power
- Support regional construction managers with local vendor engagement
- Ensure procurement timelines align with authority approval processes and construction schedules Compliance & Risk Mitigation
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with AWS policies, environmental regulations, and local permitting requirements
- Support environmental compliance for specialist materials — e.g. PG25 classified as toxic industrial waste in Singapore (ISC submissions to NEA required)
- Manage recycling and reuse pathways for contaminated waste streams
- Coordinate with Legal on contract novation processes, including utilities contracts Operational Procurement Support
- Support IFM partners (CBRE) with equipment and spares procurement for preven-tive and corrective maintenance
- Manage procurement for security system upgrades — Genetec, Lenel, Bosch relocations
- Source specialist contractors for reactive maintenance and facility upgrades A day in the life SCFM operates a complex, multi-regional portfolio. The Procurement Lead must under-stand and navigate the following operational realities:
- Large-scale construction projects ($165M–$415M CAPEX) including liquid cooling enablement, facility expansions, and greenfield manufacturing sites
- Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) across 20+ sites with 3P partners — CBRE, DSV, Jabil, FoxConn, and Crane
- Critical equipment procurement (OFCI/OFOI) with long lead times impacting project schedules
- Specialist materials sourcing — glycol-based coolants, mPDC infrastructure, HVAC systems, chillers, and RTUs
- Security infrastructure requiring Zone 3/4 compliant systems across DCFC and manufacturing sites About the team The AWS Manufacturing Operations Transportation Operations and Reverse Logistics team (MOTOR) manages AWS and 3rd Party (3P) Supply Chain activities that include the following operations: 1) Inbound supplier-owned component warehousing and finished rack storage 2) Server and Rack assembly and 3) Reverse Logistics operations. Supply Chain Facilities Management (SCFM) drive a global strategy to support the MOTOR vertical pillars (ACL, RRL, MFG) via standardization of space planning, design and construction, periodic and preventative maintenance

The team manages our Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) partner comprising Facilities Managers, Building Engineers, Maintenance Technicians and Facilities Coordinators and global Design and QS contractor resources. Our goal is to provide essential proactive building preventive maintenance, high velocity service outage responsiveness, facility and project cost savings, optimal security posture aligned with HSCS guidance and structured project management services. Additionally, we see tremendous opportunity to leverage our core competency in facility and project management to deliver operational efficiencies to partner teams across AIS. The successful candidate will join a global team comprising builders covering APAC, EMEA and NALA
- 5+ years of program management or technical project management experience - Experience working independently with minimal supervision
