Senior Technical Project Manager

What You’ll Do

• control resources & processes to achieve project objectives within scope, time, quality
• budget constraints Provide a complete view of the overall project to the organization and all stakeholders Exhibit proactive behavior by engaging in all project planning activities Define project governance outlining roles and responsibilities and decision rights Ensure success criteria defined upfront to promote alignment and actively manage to expected project outcomes Keep internal and external stakeholders engaged in the project, aligned on expected outcomes
• informed about what is occurring throughout the project to make effective, timely decisions Proactively communicate the project’s progress on an on-going basis, ensuring transparency throughout project lifecycle Conduct risk assessments and log any risks or issues in weekly reporting to senior leadership Experience you’ll need to have: 7+ years of progressive project management experience delivering medium to large initiatives 4+ years of experience in an Agile environment 4+ years of experience with project management tools such as JIRA or MS Project 4+ years of experience with matrix management of cross-functional processes and teams Bachelor’s degree in business administration
• an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience Experience that would be great to have: Industry certifications (PMP, CSM, CAPM) Prior experience with AI tools such as Copilot Prior experience leading technical projects in card processing industry and software development Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships and strategic partnerships with key stakeholders Ability to practically apply project management concepts to facilitate the achievement of business objectives ensuring predictable, consistent
