" Job Description & Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Azure DevOps professional to join our team as a Senior Associate .

This is a full-time position requiring a strong technical background in Azure DevOps, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross ‑ functional teams and contribute to project delivery. If you are passionate about building and optimizing DevOps pipelines and driving operational efficiency using Azure DevOps, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities Support and contribute to end-to-end DevOps activities , ensuring stable and efficient environments. Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to implement and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines . Assist in designing and executing DevOps initiatives aligned with project and organizational objectives.

Monitor and optimize DevOps processes to improve performance, reliability, and scalability. Participate in troubleshooting and resolving issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth deployments. Follow and promote DevOps best practices, security guidelines, and industry standards .

Provide regular updates to leads and stakeholders on assigned tasks and project progress. Support knowledge sharing within the team and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives . Experience & Qualifications 4 to 7 years of professional experience in DevOps, with strong hands-on exposure to Azure DevOps .

Experience working on CI/CD pipelines, automation, and cloud-based DevOps solutions. Exposure to designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable DevOps infrastructure . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment .

Good communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
