Position Summary You will lead the planning and delivery of products that improve patient and customer outcomes.
You will work closely with commercial, medical, regulatory, supply and external partners. We value clear thinking, strong collaboration, and a user-first approach. Responsibilities 1. Product Management: - Manage the brand, aligning with business goals and regional market demands. - Continuously assess market needs, monitor product performance, and refine strategies to maximize profitability. 2. Brand Strategy & Market Positioning: - Develop and execute robust brand strategies to differentiate products in a competitive landscape. - Ensure consistent and effective brand messaging across all communication channels. 3.
Market Share & Sales Growth: - Formulate short- and long-term product plans to achieve market growth targets. - Monitor sales data and market trends to adjust strategies and optimize product performance. 4. Creative Communication & In-Clinic Campaigns: - Design creative communication strategies targeting healthcare professionals/ patients. - Lead the development of in-clinic and out clinic campaigns to enhance product visibility and educate healthcare providers. 5.
Competitor Analysis & Market Intelligence: - Conduct regular competitor analysis using IMS, SMSRC data and other market intelligence tools. - Identify market opportunities and threats to maintain a competitive edge. 6. Marketing Plan Development & Execution: - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create and execute annual marketing plans. - Manage budgets efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI for marketing initiatives. 7.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Work closely with sales, regulatory, medical, and other teams to drive product success. - Provide training and support to sales teams, ensuring strong product knowledge and market insights. 8. Budget & Resource Management: - Manage the product marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources. - Track marketing spend and evaluate campaign effectiveness to meet financial Why You?
This role is hybrid and based in India, with regular office collaboration and flexibility for remote work as agreed with your manager. Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, life sciences, pharmacy, or related field. - 3 to 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical product management, brand management or commercial operations. - Proven experience in cross-functional project delivery and stakeholder management. - Strong analytical skills and comfort working with sales, market and financial data. - Experience managing digital or multichannel marketing initiatives. - Clear communicator with strong written and verbal skills in English.
Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: - MBA or advanced degree in marketing or business. - Prior experience in primary care or specialty therapy areas in pharmaceuticals. - Experience working with agencies, event management and HCP engagement. - Familiarity with compliance and regulatory processes in the healthcare industry. - Experience creating and using performance dashboards and forecasting tools. - Comfort with managing P&L inputs and basic financial analysis.
