Pricing team is responsible for the execution of promotional pricing in promotional execution tool, validations of pricing to ensure execution is presented to the customer as expected, and communication to the stores for pricing issues.

This team will be directly responsible for weekend support of the store support mailbox. Job Summary: The Manager is responsible for leading execution-focused teams supporting Price Execution, Promotional Operations, Offer Creation, Validation processes, and is the primary contact for pricing issue resolution for Lowe’s retail stores.

This role drives operational excellence across multiple execution functions by ensuring quality, timeliness, scalability, and process governance while supporting evolving business priorities. The Manager oversees a blended team of analysts and contingent workers and is accountable for contractor operations, workload management, quality control, audit processes, and execution support.

The role partners closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and SSC-M counterparts to drive process improvements, improve operational efficiency, and support business decision-making through high-quality execution and insights. Responsibilities include establishing operating mechanisms, managing team performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and building a strong execution culture while developing and retaining talent.

Roles & Responsibilities: Core Responsibilities: Operational Leadership Lead end-to-end operations supporting Promo Execution, Mailbox Support, Offer Creation, IRA, Utility, and Validation processes. Drive execution consistency and operational alignment with SSC-M operating models and business priorities.

Establish governance mechanisms, operational metrics, and service level expectations across supported functions. Own operational planning, resource allocation, prioritization, and execution management across multiple workstreams. Quality Control & Audit Establish and maintain robust quality control and audit processes to ensure execution accuracy and compliance.

Monitor operational health through defined KPIs and implement corrective actions where required. Drive root-cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to improve process effectiveness and reduce defects. Develop and maintain audit frameworks for contractor and analyst output.

Pricing Support Mailbox Management Lead the day-to-day operation of the pricing mailbox team, including queue management, workload balancing, triage standards, response quality, and SLA performance. Ensure the team identifies the core issue, store details, required action, correct routing path, and any needed store response on each case.

Provide guidance on ambiguous or complex issues and personally intervene on high-risk or high-visibility cases. Offer Creation & Promotional Operations Manage offer creation and validation processes across promotional programs including Spotlight, IRA, Utility, and other execution workflows.

Ensure timely and accurate execution of promotional activities and support flawless launch readiness. Continuous Improvement Build and execute operational roadmaps focused on scalability, productivity, quality, and cost optimization. Drive Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and problem-solving methodologies to improve operational performance.

Partner with Product and Technology teams to identify opportunities for workflow automation and tool enhancements. People Leadership Select, hire, develop, engage, and retain talent. Build succession plans and development opportunities for team members.

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, and operational excellence. Coach team members on business acumen, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities. Years of Experience: 8+ years of experience in Retail, Operations, Pricing, Analytics, Merchandising, or Shared Services environments. 3+ years of people leadership experience.

Experience managing operational teams, service delivery, or execution-focused organizations. Experience working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
