Role Overview Snowflake is looking for a Head of Marketing, GCC – India to lead Snowflake’s marketing strategy for Global Capability Centers, enterprise customers, and strategic partners across India. This leader will own the end-to-end GCC marketing agenda, combining enterprise marketing, account-based marketing, partner marketing, executive engagement, thought leadership, and field GTM strategy .
The role will help position Snowflake as the data and AI platform of choice for global enterprises operating from India through their GCCs, digital hubs, innovation centers, and transformation teams. The ideal candidate is a senior B2B technology marketing leader with deep understanding of India’s GCC ecosystem, strong enterprise GTM experience, and a proven ability to drive measurable business impact through integrated marketing programs, executive engagement, and high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities Build and own Snowflake’s India GCC marketing strategy aligned to sales, alliances, enterprise accounts, APJ marketing, and global partner priorities. Define Snowflake’s engagement model for India’s GCC ecosystem, including global capability centers, digital hubs, innovation centers, shared services organizations, and enterprise transformation teams.
Lead a team of Enterprise Marketing Managers and elevate the team from program execution to strategic GTM leadership. Build a culture of accountability, measurement, commercial ownership, and high-impact storytelling. Develop integrated marketing plans for priority GCCs, strategic enterprise accounts, industries, and partner-led opportunities.
Create differentiated narratives that connect Snowflake to GCC priorities such as data modernization, AI adoption, analytics transformation, application development, governance, security, productivity, and global operating model transformation.
Build GCC-focused thought leadership programs, executive forums, customer councils, industry events, webinars, workshops, and flagship Snowflake experiences. Partner closely with sales leadership to drive account engagement, pipeline creation, opportunity progression, and customer expansion.
Design account-based marketing programs for high-priority GCC and enterprise accounts, using account insights, partner intelligence, and industry-specific use cases. Build co-marketing programs with GSIs, consulting firms, cloud partners, ISVs, and technology alliances to activate joint GCC and enterprise GTM motions.
Manage marketing plans, budgets, agencies, vendors, campaign execution, and partner investments with strong operational discipline. Establish clear reporting across campaign ROI, account engagement, event performance, executive engagement, partner influence, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact.
Work cross-functionally with sales, alliances, product marketing, demand generation, customer marketing, solution engineering, partner teams, and APJ/Global marketing. Required Experience 15+ years of B2B technology marketing experience, ideally in cloud, SaaS, data, analytics, AI, enterprise software, consulting, or digital transformation.
Strong experience in GCC marketing, enterprise marketing, field marketing, ABM, partner marketing, alliance marketing, demand generation, or ecosystem GTM. Deep understanding of India’s GCC landscape, including digital transformation hubs, innovation centers, shared services organizations, global delivery models, and enterprise technology buying centers.
Proven success building marketing programs for large enterprise accounts and complex B2B sales cycles. Experience developing CXO engagement programs, executive roundtables, account-based campaigns, industry events, and thought leadership platforms.
Experience working with GSIs, consulting partners, cloud providers, technology partners, or ISVs. Experience leading and developing enterprise & field marketing teams. Demonstrated ability to connect marketing activity to pipeline, revenue, account engagement, customer expansion, and partner impact.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed, high-growth environment. Key Skills Strong understanding of the GCC, enterprise technology, and partner ecosystem in India. Ability to translate technical capabilities into business transformation narratives for senior executives.
Strong executive communication, storytelling, and CXO engagement skills. Commercial mindset with strong pipeline, revenue, and account-growth orientation. Strong people leadership with the ability to scale, coach, and elevate high-performing teams.
Ability to build integrated GTM plans across sales, partners, alliances, and marketing. Strong analytical approach to campaign performance, attribution, ROI, budget management, and investment decisions. Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
