Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and collaborative Test Engineer to join our dynamic team at 2424 Garden of the Gods Road , with occasional work at 2050 Cygnet Heights facility as required.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Test Director in all phases of test and evaluation, from planning and execution to analysis and reporting. This position requires a strong understanding of software development, systems engineering and integration, C2 networks, and data management
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Test Director in the timely planning, execution, analysis
- reporting of tests, ensuring adherence to all organizational guidance and policies Prepare written materials, including charters, briefs, plans
- reports, to support test and evaluation activities Collaborate effectively with a diverse team of military and civilian personnel Communicate complex technical topics related to software development, systems engineering and integration, C2 networks
- data management. to a variety of audiences Work Environment: Location: On-site Travel Requirements: Minimal (0-10%) Working Hours: Normal business hours Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or STEM equivalent 2-5 years of work experience Active TS/SCI security clearance with eligibility for Special Access Programs (SAP) Proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Strong technical background in one or more of the following areas: Software development, systems engineering and integration, C2 networks
- data management Compensation: $89,500 - $134,200 (For Colorado Only) The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
- Other Compensation: KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation.
- Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
