About the Role You’ll support recruiters in Kenya as part of the Talent Acquisition Operations team in Kuala Lumpur. Your work helps ensure candidates, hiring teams, and partners experience a smooth and responsive hiring process in a fast‑paced environment where priorities can change and timelines are often time‑sensitive.
You will report to the Recruiting Supervisor. What You’ll Do Keep recruitment moving by coordinating end‑to‑end activity across requisitions, interviews, and offers, ensuring steps are completed on time and to a high standard. Provide a consistent candidate experience by managing communications across inboxes and systems, and responding clearly and professionally throughout the hiring process.
Enable better hiring decisions by preparing accurate interview packs, collecting and organizing feedback, and helping close loops with candidates. Support recruiters and hiring manager efficiency by building interview schedules, coordinating logistics, and resolving conflicts so interviews run smoothly.
Support recruiters by posting adverts and sending prescreening communications when directed. Support hiring outcomes by tracking interview and hiring activity, producing accurate data, and identifying opportunities to improve how the process works.
What You’ll Bring Experience supporting a recruitment or HR function in a professional environment (recruitment support experience is desirable). Confidence using HR systems and recruitment processes, with the ability to keep information accurate and organized.
Strong attention to detail and administrative capability, especially when managing multiple requests at once. Clear written and verbal communication skills, with comfort engaging by email, system messaging, and phone. Ability to work effectively across cultures and with diverse stakeholders, building positive working relationships.
Skills Soft Skills You manage competing priorities, stay organized, and see work through to completion. You adapt quickly when plans change, ask the right questions, and stay calm under time pressure. You communicate clearly to different audiences and follow up consistently to keep work moving.
You collaborate well with recruiters, hiring teams, and external partners, and handle sensitive information with care. You follow through on commitments and proactively flag risks or delays. Technical / Functional Skills Workday requisition support (maintaining requisitions and progressing process steps).
Interview coordination and scheduling, including candidate and stakeholder communications via Outlook. Data tracking and reporting related to interview and hiring activity. Nice to Have (optional) Experience supporting recruitment events or campus hiring.
Exposure to candidate sourcing methods and basic screening. Experience supporting internship programs (onboarding, tracking, and event coordination).
