Your New Role As an Engineering Manager (Senior Vice President) , you will lead high-performing engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable technology solutions that support NAB's strategic objectives.

You will be responsible for driving engineering excellence, fostering innovation, ensuring successful delivery of technology initiatives, and building an inclusive culture focused on customer outcomes. Working closely with business, architecture, risk, and technology stakeholders, you will enable transformation through modern engineering practices, cloud technologies, and continuous improvement.

What Will You Bring Proven leadership experience managing and developing high-performing engineering teams. Strong technical expertise in software engineering, cloud platforms, DevOps, and modern delivery practices. Demonstrated ability to deliver large-scale technology programs in complex enterprise environments.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders. Strong understanding of risk management, security, compliance, and governance requirements. Experience driving engineering excellence through automation, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Strategic mindset with the ability to align technology outcomes to business priorities. Passion for coaching, mentoring, and creating an inclusive and collaborative team culture. Track record of delivering customer-focused solutions while maintaining platform reliability and operational excellence.

Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and lead change effectively.
