Who we are looking for Technology Platform, Engineering & Operations (TPEO) is seeking a highly motivated Technical Project Manager (AVP) to lead the delivery of complex technology programs and strategic initiatives across a global enterprise environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end project execution, partnering with infrastructure, engineering, cybersecurity, cloud, application, and operations teams to deliver business-critical outcomes. This role requires a strong combination of project management expertise, technical aptitude, stakeholder management, and execution discipline.
The ideal candidate has experience managing infrastructure modernization, cloud migration, data center transformation, technology risk remediation, cybersecurity, automation, or enterprise technology initiatives within a large, complex organization.
The role requires an individual who can operate effectively across business and technology teams while driving measurable outcomes and maintaining strong governance practices What you will be responsible for Project Delivery Lead the successful delivery of technology projects and workstreams from initiation through closure.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements. Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, assumptions, and change controls. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives.
Drive accountability and execution across cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Coordinate dependencies across multiple technology and business teams operating in a global environment. Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
Program Governance & Reporting Facilitate project governance activities, steering committee meetings, executive reviews, and leadership updates. Produce concise executive reporting, dashboards, project metrics, and key performance indicators.
Ensure adherence to organizational project management standards, controls, and governance requirements. Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, financial tracking, action plans, and project reporting artifacts. Drive transparency and accountability through structured reporting and governance processes.
Stakeholder Management Build trusted partnerships across Technology, Engineering, Operations, Cybersecurity, Architecture, Vendor Management, Procurement, Finance, and Business teams. Lead discussions to drive alignment, decision-making, issue resolution, and risk mitigation.
Communicate project status, accomplishments, risks, dependencies, and recommendations to both technical and executive audiences. Facilitate collaboration and consensus among stakeholders with competing priorities. Financial & Vendor Management Support project budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and spend tracking activities.
Coordinate vendor deliverables and support vendor governance processes when required. Track project financials and ensure alignment with approved budgets and business objectives. Assist with statement of work reviews, contract oversight, and vendor management activities.
Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to improve project delivery practices, governance processes, reporting, and operational efficiency. Promote the use of automation, analytics, AI-enabled tools, and modern project management practices to improve delivery outcomes.
Leverage AI-powered tools and workflow automation to enhance reporting quality, project planning, governance effectiveness, risk identification, and team productivity. Contribute to the ongoing evolution of PMO standards, methodologies, tooling, and best practices.
Innovation & Digital Enablement Identify opportunities to apply automation, AI, and data-driven insights to improve project delivery and operational effectiveness. Evaluate emerging technologies, delivery practices, and productivity tools that drive efficiency and scalability.

Education and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline. 5+ years of project or program management experience delivering enterprise technology initiatives.
Experience leading infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, networking, data center, modernization, transformation, technology operations, or risk remediation projects. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously within complex matrix organizations.
Demonstrated experience using AI-enabled tools, automation platforms, or advanced analytics to improve project execution, operational efficiency, reporting, or decision-making. Budgeting, financial management, and forecasting Strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities Executive reporting and dashboard development Risk, issue, dependency, and change management Vendor management and third-party delivery coordination Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery methodologies Cybersecurity, resiliency, and technology risk management initiatives preferred Financial services industry experience preferred.
Project management certifications such as PMP, Prince2, Agile, Scrum Master, SAFe, or equivalent certifications are highly desirable. Technical Skills Experience with some or all of the following: Microsoft Project Microsoft Office Suite Microsoft Power BI Jira and Confluence Infrastructure technologies including compute, storage, networking, virtualization, and data centers Cloud technologies and migration programs (AWS, Azure, GCP) AI-assisted productivity and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot and other generative AI solutions) Experience leveraging AI, automation, and analytics to improve reporting, governance, project planning, risk identification, knowledge management, and delivery outcomes Process automation and workflow optimization using low-code/no-code platforms and automation technologies Salary Range: $80,000 - $140,000 Annual The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified.
