Scope We are seeking a highly analytical Marketing Strategy and Project Senior Manager to work directly with the Chief Marketing & Communications Officer (CMCO), North America. This is a high-visibility and unique opportunity to sit at the center of marketing, helping shape how priorities are set, performance is measured, and strategic initiatives are executed.

The role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, program assessment, analytics, and operations, bringing structure, insights, and execution rigor to the priority marketing programs and leadership initiatives. Ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and has experienced exposure to senior management

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning and Execution Partner with the Chief Marketing & Communications Officer, NA on marketing planning, prioritization
  • execution across key initiatives Drive coordination across teams to ensure alignment, accountability
  • strong follow-through Help manage high-priority initiatives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment Marketing Strategy & Analytics Analyze marketing performance across all programs to identify key insights, areas of excellence, trends

  • a highly analytical role Ability to structure ambiguous problems and deliver clear, actionable outputs Strong communication skills and professional presence Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high expectation environment Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution Education: Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing or related field).
  • Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus For positions based in Illinois, the base salary range is $115,000 - $140,000 and the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
