  • Own the global Leads & Prospects strategy across 18 markets multiple brands, with full accountability for lead-to-first-order conversion volume and quality
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive prospect lifecycle strategy—including first-touch to conversion journey mapping, acquisition and nurture roadmap design

  • Serve as the primary Leads & Prospects strategy owner in leadership WBRs, presenting directly to CMOs and VPs and driving commercial accountability across markets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Paid Marketing, CommsTech, Product, Analytics, Creative, Brand, and CRM Ops to align prospect initiatives with overall business goals and unlock new capabilities
  • Advocate proactively for Martech and infrastructure investments needed to scale the Leads & Prospects function—pushing for the tooling and platform improvements that reduce manual dependency and unlock strategic focus
  • Translate qualitative and quantitative prospect data into insights to manage KPIs and identify opportunities for growth and performance improvement across all markets
  • Hire, train, and mentor a world-class, high-performing global team and flexibly leverage top-notch external partners

  • Familiarity with generative AI in marketing contexts and experience partnering with Creative and Brand teams to develop high-quality, scalable CRM communications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in a quantitative or marketing field
  • The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle
  • digital marketing, with a strong track record in scaling prospect/lead nurture programs, preferably in Direct-to-Consumer or subscription-based companies
  • Demonstrated mobile channel expertise, including hands-on experience with SMS, Push Notifications, WhatsApp, or in-app messaging campaigns at scale
  • Leadership experience within global growth marketing organizations, with strong expertise in prospect lifecycle marketing and channel strategy
  • Experience managing multi-market or global scope, with the ability to build frameworks that scale across markets and geographies
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, Hightouch, Adobe), data tools (e.g. SQL, Google Analytics, Tableau)
  • CDP tools for segmentation, personalization, machine learning
  • Solid understanding of KPI tracking and reporting; ability to translate analytics into actionable insights, and design and manage A/B and multivariate test-and-learn programs
  • Experience collaborating with Product and UX teams to enhance customer journeys and CRM functionality
  • Ideally, experience or knowledge in cross-channel journey orchestration, UX, and digital optimization
