Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Salesforce Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex Salesforce initiatives across the organization.
This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce platforms, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business transformation and CRM excellence
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce projects in collaboration with our business partners Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Manage project budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and change management policies.
- Provide regular status updates to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and Salesforce optimization.
- Minimum required Qualifications: 5+ years of project management experience, preferably focused on Salesforce implementations.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
- Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and third-party applications.
- Familiarity with CPQ/Revenue Cloud/Agent Force Revenue Management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.
- Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $67,900.00 - $199,144.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
- The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
- This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
