- Role Overview This is an intermediate-level management position for an experienced leader who will guide a team in managing the processing of securities and derivatives orders and transactions. The primary objective is to ensure seamless delivery and operational excellence within the Transaction Services team. What you'll do Operational Resolution & Expertise: Address and resolve complex settlement issues, acting as a subject matter expert. Interpret policies and guidelines, escalating critical issues as necessary. Process Improvement: Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for enhancement and recommend process improvements to senior management. Reporting & Insights: Utilize expertise in securities and derivatives settlement to analyze data, prepare comprehensive reports
- present findings to leadership. Policy Development: Identify gaps in current policies and develop new guidelines to streamline work processes. Project Contribution: Participate in and support key projects, including initiatives focused on enhancing trade flow processes. Strategic Recommendations: Interpret market and operational data to inform recommendations for new product launches, service enhancements
- platform upgrades. Team Development: Provide mentorship and on-the-job training to new team members, fostering their growth and development. Risk Management: Minimize institutional risk by proactively identifying and resolving errors, adhering strictly to audit and control policies. Ethical Conduct & Compliance: Exercise sound judgment in all business decisions, prioritizing the firm's reputation and safeguarding client assets. Drive compliance with all applicable laws, rules

What we'll need from you Reconciliation Experience: Proven experience in reconciliation processes. Markets Operations Knowledge: Beneficial experience within Markets Operations. Product Understanding: Knowledge of Futures (ETD) Clearing and/or ETD products is advantageous. Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities to articulate complex information effectively across diverse teams. Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Demonstrated capacity to succeed in dynamic, fast-paced environments, coupled with strong time management and problem-solving skills. Proactive & Inquisitive Mindset: A curious and energetic individual committed to continuous learning and proactive engagement in process improvements and team initiatives.
