- availability of SAP systems by designing, implementing
- managing security policies and procedures. This role involves analyzing business requirements, configuring SAP roles and authorizations, monitoring user access
- ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations. What You Will Do:
- Participate in the administration and support of SAP security, including user access provisioning, role assignments, and access changes.
- Assist in developing, testing, and implementing SAP security roles and authorizations in accordance with documented requirements.
- Support testing activities related to SAP security changes, major releases and deployment activities.
- Help prepare and maintain technical and procedural documentation related to SAP security processes, roles, and controls.
- Investigate and help resolve SAP authorization and access issues, working with business users and IT partners. What You Have: Core Application Systems: Knowledge of major production application systems used for delivery of services to internal and external clients
- ability to leverage major production application systems in diverse situations. Level Extensive Experience:
- Manages application-related issues, implications, and approaches with clients.
- Evaluates key interfaces and interdependencies among core applications systems.
- Explains features and benefits of core applications for consideration by business units.

- Plans enhancement, conversion, and retirement strategies for core applications. Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems

- Coaches end users on the development of test data and test scenarios for system validation.
- Manages the execution of test plans, including resources, strategies, schedules, processes and tools. Technical Troubleshooting: Knowledge of technical troubleshooting approaches, tools and techniques

- Discovers, analyzes, and resolves hardware, software or application problems.
- Works with vendor-specific diagnostic guides, tools and utilities.
