Executive Fleet First Line Manufacturing Manager (Multi Manufacturing) Company: Boeing Aerospace Operations Boeing Defense Services (BDS) Operations team is seeking an Executive Fleet a First-Line Aircraft Manufacturing Manager to join the team in San Antonio, TX .

The selected candidates will support executive transport modification programs and will lead electrical, modifications to include functional test activities. The selected candidates will be leading teams in a high visibility, fast paced wide body modification program and will be expected to innovatively lead their teams in Go 4Zero safety, FOD, Quality, and compliance initiatives.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S.

Citizenship. Position Responsibilities: Duties will include (but are not limited to): Manages employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing disciplines. Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies.

Acquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements. Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.

Manages, develops and motivates employees. Ability to Travel in support of Field Team Activities/Work Ability to Work Daily & Weekend Overtime as required FAA P145 Repair Station To be considered for this position you will be required to complete an assessment as part of the selection process.

Failure to complete the assessment will remove you from consideration Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership.” 5+ years of experience working with aircraft maintenance and/or modifications 1+ years of experience prioritizing multiple electrical projects in support of key milestones and aircraft delivery schedules Willing and able to work variable shift Valid FAA A&P License Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 747 (-2) Aircraft Experience Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process Drug Free Workplace: Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies .

Summary Starting Pay Rate: $111,350 - $137,650 Language Requirements: Not Applicable Education: Not Applicable Relocation: Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Export Control Requirement: This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements.
