Responsibilities by Experience Level 3 to 5 Years Execute DDR validation test plans and report failures. Create and maintain basic to intermediate validation test cases. Debug functional failures using logs, register dumps, and firmware traces.

Support silicon bring-up and memory initialization activities. Work with senior engineers to analyze DDR training, boot, and stress failures. Develop scripts for test automation, log parsing, and validation support. Key Deliverables DDR validation test plans and test case documents.

Test execution reports and validation status updates. Debug reports with root-cause analysis and recommended fixes. Firmware changes, debug patches, or test firmware enhancements. Automation scripts for validation execution and log analysis.

Defect reports with clear reproduction steps, failure signatures, and supporting data. Silicon bring-up and platform readiness reports. Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, VLSI, Embedded Systems, or a related field.

Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is a hands-on validation engineer with strong DDR protocol knowledge, solid silicon debug skills, and the ability to work across firmware, hardware, and system-level environments.
