The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Infrastructure Services Recruiting team is seeking a talented, customer focused Sr Full Lifecycle Recruiter to join our global recruiting organization. You will be supporting AWS Data Center teams to build robust candidate pipelines and drive proactive sourcing strategies. Successful Sr Full Lifecycle Recruiter on this team utilize their experience in candidate identification, market research, and pipeline development. They draw on extensive knowledge of sourcing tools, techniques, and talent markets, building strong relationships with recruiters and hiring managers. We are looking for a Sr Full Lifecycle Recruiter to help grow and scale hiring in Amazon Web Services (AWS). The Sr Full Lifecycle Recruiter will be aligned to the business working closely with recruiters and AWS Talent Acquisition to execute sourcing strategies
- including candidate identification, market mapping, pipeline building, and initial candidate engagement while delivering high-quality candidates for data center roles within AWS. The ideal candidate must be able to earn trust and collaborate effectively with recruiters and hiring teams. They must be able to plan and prioritize sourcing activities, build and maintain candidate pipelines, have demonstrated ability to use metrics to track sourcing effectiveness and show results, while remaining calm in times of high volume and ambiguity. Thriving in a growth environment and having a strength in creative sourcing will be critical to success in this role. The best candidate will draw on extensive knowledge of sourcing methodologies, tools, and talent markets while building effective partnerships with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams. Successful recruiters on this team utilize their experience in setting benchmarks, forecasting and tracking against metrics, and prioritizing to hit customer SLAs. They thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up their sleeves, work hard, and have fun to get the job done. They draw on extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition and functional areas of the business, forging dynamic relationships with business leaders and hiring managers. Key job responsibilities * Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing and assessment approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment * Recruit passive candidates and gauge both technical skills and chemistry of candidates for fit, and to understand candidate motivation * Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management
- conduct in-depth interviews with candidates, and demonstrate the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios * Recommend ideas and strategies that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing new recruiting processes and fine tuning standard processes that fit within Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer * Articulate in writing a sourcing plan with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process * Build and maintain an ongoing candidate pipeline to support hiring goals
- 5+ years of corporate and or search firm progressive recruiting including full life cycle recruiting experience

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
