About The Role
The Alliances Operations Analyst , will be responsible for day to day operations supporting the rapidly growing CrowdStrike Cloud ecosystem. This role will have an emphasis on building out operations to support our strategic routes to market with Cloud partners.
While providing a seamless CrowdStrike experience for our partners, the successful candidate will have the ability to constantly improve our operations, build scalability, and oversee internal and external systems
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain CrowdStrike's product listings and offers across multiple cloud marketplaces.
- Process private offers and handle revenue operations.
- Manage the end-to-end process of publishing and updating offers and pricing Monitor marketplace performance metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to offer optimization and implement improvements to drive marketplace growth.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and CrowdStrike's internal guidelines.
- Coordinate with cloud partners to resolve technical issues and enhance the customer experience.
- Stay updated with latest marketplace trends and best practices.
- Preparing metrics and KPIs to share with management Work in a fast-paced environment while being able to prioritize requests Document the key processes and maintain it regularly with every small or big transformation Maintain SLAs for marketplace offers and escalate when appropriate.
- Ensure offers align with company policies, pricing strategies, and discount structures.
- Generate and create reports on the partner facing processes Being able to detect anomalies between day-to-day operations and the overall data Ensure all partner deals are properly categorized and correct partner attribution is tagged to maintain integrity of the CrowdStrike Elevate Partner program, ensure proper compensation and reporting accuracy Maintain proper communication to all stakeholders in a professional and timely manner Assist in training internal teams on marketplace processes and best practices.
- What You’ll Need: Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with ACE systems is a plus.
- Experience with global cloud or reseller partnerships is a plus. 3-5 years of experience in Cloud marketplace management & Sales Ops experience.
- Strong understanding of cloud marketplaces and their ecosystems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong analytical background and ability to flush out anomalies Be a self-starter, detail-oriented
- operationally-minded Excellent presentation and communication skills Expertise in business applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage through ambiguity.
