This role leverages Lean Six Sigma methodologies, facilitates high-impact events, and drives end-to-end process transformation to deliver measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, advanced analytics, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Required Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Certification Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (required); Black Belt preferred Demonstrated application of Lean / Six Sigma methodologies to drive measurable business improvements (cost reduction, cycle time, quality) Process Improvement Expertise Proven experience leading end-to-end process improvement initiatives Advanced proficiency in process mapping techniques (e.g., SIPOC, Value Stream Mapping, swimlane diagrams) Ability to identify inefficiencies, root causes, and implement sustainable solutions Event Facilitation & Execution Strong experience planning and leading Kaizen events, Rapid Improvement Events (RIEs), or workshops Skilled in facilitating cross-functional sessions with stakeholders at multiple levels Ability to drive alignment, decision-making, and outcomes in structured working sessions Data-Driven Problem Solving Experience applying DMAIC methodology and other structured problem-solving frameworks Ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and translate insights into actionable improvements Proficiency with tools such as Excel, Power BI, Minitab, or similar Stakeholder Management & Influence Demonstrated ability to lead without authority across cross-functional teams Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and business partners Experience working in matrixed environments Program & Change Management Experience managing multiple improvement initiatives simultaneously Ability to drive change adoption and sustainment across teams and functions Familiarity with change management principles and frameworks Business Consulting Experience 5 + years of experience in business consulting, operational excellence, or process optimization roles Experience identifying opportunities, building business cases, and delivering measurable results Preferred Qualifications Proven track record delivering enterprise-level or multi-functional transformation initiatives Expertise in Value Stream Mapping and operating model redesign Experience leading large-scale Kaizen events or executive-level workshops Strong background in change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) Exposure to digital transformation, automation (RPA), or AI-driven process improvement Industry experience in healthcare, insurance, or financial services Education Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $67,900.00 - $199,144.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.

The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
