Who We Are We are the Digital Identity & Fraud Team, part of LSEG Risk Intelligence. We focus on building innovative solutions that help organisations manage risk, establish trust, and operate with confidence. As part of this, we are developing a next-generation digital identity product designed to enable secure, scalable, and compliant identity verification and authentication across global markets.
About the Team Our global team is building a new digital identity product aimed at supporting organisations in verifying and managing identities in a fast-evolving regulatory and technological landscape. The product is designed to integrate with emerging digital identity schemes and trust frameworks, particularly across Europe (e.g., eIDAS) and expanding globally.
We work at the intersection of product, technology, compliance, and commercial strategy to deliver a solution that is both technically robust and commercially viable. What You’ll Do You’ll play a key role in taking our digital identity product from launch through to scale.
Working across global teams, you will help shape how the product is delivered, operated, and commercialised. This role requires a balance of product thinking, operational design, technical understanding, and commercial awareness. You will collaborate with product, engineering, compliance, and sales teams to ensure the product meets customer needs, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.
You will also help define and implement the processes required to successfully launch and operate the product in multiple markets. Product Delivery & Lifecycle Management Support the end-to-end lifecycle of the digital identity product, from launch through to continuous improvement and scaling Work closely with product, engineering, and design teams to translate requirements into deliverable features Ensure the product remains reliable, compliant, and competitive post-launch Operational & Process Development Design and implement operational processes required to support product rollout and ongoing delivery Build scalable frameworks for onboarding customers, managing identity workflows, and handling exceptions Establish KPIs and performance monitoring for operational effectiveness Go-to-Market & Commercial Enablement Develop and refine sales processes to support product launch and growth Partner with sales teams to articulate value propositions and support client engagements Help gather and translate customer needs into product and commercial strategies Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with global stakeholders across product, technology, compliance, legal, and commercial teams Gather and prioritise requirements from internal and external stakeholders Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams Strategy & Market Insight Contribute to product and market strategy within the digital identity space Stay informed on digital identity trends, standards, and competitive landscape across Europe and globally Support expansion into new markets and identity schemes Compliance & Risk Ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements across jurisdictions Work with compliance teams to integrate regulatory considerations into product and operational design Skills Experience working on digital identity products or solutions Strong understanding of the digital identity ecosystem (e.g., ID verification, authentication, identity schemes, trust frameworks) Experience managing or contributing to product lifecycle from launch through to scaling and optimisation Ability to design and implement operational and sales processes Experience working in cross-functional environments with technical and commercial stakeholders Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills Familiarity with European digital identity landscape (e.g., eIDAS) and global trends Experience working with global product rollouts or multi-region deployments Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks related to identity and data Technical background (e.g., working closely with engineering teams, understanding APIs, identity architectures) Commercial acumen and experience supporting sales or go-to-market initiatives How You Work Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building from early-stage product environments Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts across audiences Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence without authority Proactive, hands-on, and execution-focused Career Stage: Manager London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) Information: Join us and be part of a team that values innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.
