As a Data Measurement & Reporting Lead Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering meaningful insights that support clients, brokers, and internal partners. You will lead reporting initiatives, translate complex data into clear actions, and help drive innovation across products and systems.
This is an opportunity to grow your impact while working with a collaborative and forward-thinking team. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end data analysis efforts including development, assessment, monitoring, and delivery of reporting solutions.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs, define requirements, and deliver actionable insights that support decision making. Design, build, and maintain standard and custom reporting for clients, brokers, sales, and internal partners.
Manage and prioritize reporting requests, ensuring clear communication, documentation, and timely delivery. Translate business needs into technical requirements and oversee testing, validation, and implementation of reporting solutions. Build deep knowledge across products, systems, and data sources to act as a trusted subject matter expert.
Collaborate across teams in a matrixed environment to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related field with hands-on responsibility for managing and analyzing data.
Experience working with relational databases and writing queries using tools such as SQL, SAS, or Excel. Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Strong analytical and data mining skills, including root cause analysis.
Effective communication skills with the ability to present insights to varied audiences. Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Experience collaborating across teams and working in a matrixed organization.
Preferred Qualifications Experience working with healthcare data or within the healthcare industry. Familiarity with Evernorth or Cigna products and systems. Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience). If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 78,200 - 130,300 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location. This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
