Position Responsibilities: Assist in planning, integrating, and delivering cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives supporting ECS leadership: coordinate workstreams, track milestones and ensure deliverables align with organizational goals and timelines Create, deliver and maintain executive-level visual presentations and briefing materials to communicate key messages to internal and external stakeholders, using approved templates and tools Participate in the planning, organization, and facilitation of meetings and working sessions, including agenda development, pre-read materials, and meeting facilitation support Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance management systems and operating rhythms within the ECS organization, driving efficiency and effectiveness Build and maintain productive relationships with program leadership, functional partners, and team members to enable collaboration, co-design solutions, and high-quality products and services Work with the following tools and platforms: PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, project management tools (example Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.) and data visualization applications Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 1+ years of experience creating and presenting both written and verbal communication and presentations 1+ years of experience working on cross-functional projects Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience Experience developing visual graphics utilizing automated tools Conflict Of Interest: Successful Candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict Of Interest (COI) assessment process.
