Your responsibilities will include managing cloud services, configuring and monitoring infrastructure, and implementing automation tools to support our software development lifecycle
Responsibilities
- Business Analysis, Requirement Gathering & BRD/FRD 2. e-Governance, Government Projects, Public Sector Consulting 3.
- Process Mapping, Workflow Design, Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) 4.
- Stakeholder Management, Client Interaction 5.
- UAT Coordination, Documentation, Gap Analysis Mandatory skill sets: 1.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate into functional specifications (BRD/FRD) 2.
- Work closely with government stakeholders to understand processes and workflows 3.
- Support e-Governance platforms implementation and digital initiatives 4.
- Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and BPR activities 5.
- Coordinate UAT, testing, and stakeholder sign-offs 6.
- Prepare project documentation, reports
