Capabilities, Experience & Qualification Requirements Essential Capabilities Contract Management – ability to manage multiple and/or large-scale contracts simultaneously Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills Strategic mind set with a deep understanding of supply chain dynamics Strategic individual with exceptional stakeholder engagement, critical thinking, communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to prioritise and manage time critical tasks and deadlines Ability to partner with suppliers for mutual benefits beyond contracted value. Experience 15-20 years of overall experience 10+ years of experience in AI, Software & SaaS, specifically security software and Tech Infrastructure & Networks Experience in Category Management, contract management experience & Supplier Relationship Management Experience managing high value and/or highly strategic enterprise suppliers Qualification Requirements Relevant tertiary qualification in relevant business discipline is highly desirable Key Accountabilities Manage and monitor all activities relating to supplier contracts across the business divisions responsible for, from execution of contract to disengagement Apply and trigger contractual clauses, when necessary, throughout the contract lifecycle Work with the Service Managers across division to ensure service performance and quality meet expectations Where there is consistent poor performance or breach, work between Suppliers, Business and Strategic Sourcing to recommend remediations and treatment plans Monitor and manage contract spend Implement continuous improvement Work with the supplier to identify contract optimisation initiatives Work in a cross-functional manner across sourcing and supplier management teams A diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyone: Our goal is to foster a culture that fills us with pride, rooted in trust and respect.
