- Amazon – where builders can build! We’re looking for a smart, customer-obsessed innovator and owner to join our Operations Team Purview of a Team Lead Consumables Management & Motherbags Recirculation: Own end-to-end management of INSC warehouse consumables including procurement, inventory tracking
- Motherbags recirculation. Ensure optimal stock levels, minimize wastage
- drive cost-efficient replenishment cycles for uninterrupted operations. BAU & Peak Readiness Planning: Develop and execute consumables and IT4M supply plans for both BAU and peak periods. Proactively forecast demand surges, build buffer strategies
- ensure zero-disruption readiness during high-volume events. IT4M Requirements Ownership: Manage all IT4M (IT for Maintenance) requirements for INSC, including identification, prioritization
- timely resolution of IT infrastructure and equipment needs to support warehouse operations across BAU and peak. Stakeholder Coordination & Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Procurement, IT, Finance) to streamline consumables and IT4M workflows. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, track KPIs
- publish regular MBRs to ensure accountability and cost efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree - Speak, write, and read fluently in English - Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
