- A Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related discipline and 2 years of experience in job offered or a related occupation. In the alternative, a Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations or related discipline followed by 5 progressively responsible years of experience in job offered or a related occupation. Experience must include: (1) 2 years of direct management experience, including a salaried workforce, in a manufacturing, production, distribution, or logistics environment. (2) 2 years of experience with performance metrics, process improvement, and Lean methodologies. (3) 2 years of experience with the full staffing lifecycle, including interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions and terminations. The pay range for this position in Suffolk, VA is $150904 - $182700 (yr)
