Tester - 1st Shift - Industrial Equipment & Automation Division

This position will be responsible for performing electrical tests for IE&A products and must have the ability to work and communicate within a team environment. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Perform high voltage and final tests for all products Set-up and complete extended end of line test Assemble products as needed Must comply to all IE&A/Miller safety procedures Candidate will be required to move/cross train in any of the IE&A Buildings per customer demands (tester utilization) Candidate will be required to have valuable input within the Miller Employee Involvement process MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Functional Tester: Must have completed the FVTC Functional Tester Course Certificate Tester: Electronics Fundamentals Certificate from FVTC Degreed Tester: Associate’s in Electronics, Electro-mechanical Technology, or any other related degree Must be able to operate electrical test equipment Must be able to stand/work 12 hours Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.

Must be willing to work overtime per customer demands Must have good communication skills PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Frequently lift, push, or pull 10-25lbs and occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull 25-45lbs Frequently required to use both hands to assemble, wire, carry bins, tools and components Constant standing and hand manipulation Occasionally reaching, walking, and neck flection Be able to stand for up to 12 hours per day ITW is an equal opportunity employer.
