- Bosch Chassis Systems India Ltd is a 100% Bosch owned company in India. The company design and develops world class Hydraulic Brake System Parts that include Boosters, Tandem master cylinders and Proportionating valves. The Control Division develops innovative components, systems and functions in the field of vehicle safety, vehicle dynamics and driver assistance like ABS and ESP.RBIC would soon be expanding portfolio in passive safety and other Driver assistance products.
- Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Leader with 8-10 years of experience to drive the organization's digitalization strategy across manufacturing operations. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, implementing
- scaling digital initiatives that improve productivity, quality, cost, safety
- sustainability while aligning with business objectives. The role requires strong leadership capabilities, stakeholder management skills
- hands-on experience in Industry 4.0 technologies, manufacturing systems
- enterprise digital solutions. Key Responsibilities Digital Strategy & Transformation Define and drive the organization's digital transformation roadmap aligned with business objectives. Identify opportunities for digitalization across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, maintenance, logistics
- corporate functions. Develop short-term and long-term digital strategies to improve operational excellence and business performance. Establish governance mechanisms for prioritizing and monitoring digital initiatives. Lead cross-functional teams to successfully implement digital transformation projects. Manufacturing Digitalization Drive Industry 4.0 initiatives across manufacturing plants. Implement Smart Factory solutions including: Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Industrial IoT (IIoT) Digital Twins Predictive Maintenance Connected Machines and Shop Floor Analytics Real-time Production Monitoring Systems Energy Monitoring and Sustainability Solutions Drive paperless manufacturing initiatives and automation projects.
- BE/ B Tech/ or any Graduation with 8-12 Years of total IT Experience and minimum 4 years relevant experience. Key Skills Required: Digital Innovation & Emerging Technologies Evaluate and implement emerging technologies including: Artificial Intelligence (AI) Machine Learning (ML) Generative AI use cases Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Computer Vision Low-Code/No-Code Platforms Advanced Analytics and Business Intelligence solutions Identify automation opportunities to improve business efficiency. Build digital solutions that enhance employee productivity and decision-making.
- Project Management Manage multiple digital transformation projects simultaneously. Prepare business cases including ROI calculations and implementation plans. Drive vendor selection, solution evaluation
- contract management. Ensure timely project delivery within budget and scope. Monitor project KPIs and benefits realization. Functional/ Target reporting to IT Head. Location: Chakan Pune
