  • accelerate program growth A day in the life A Day in the Life In this role, you'll focus on building awareness and driving conversion for our pickup program through owned and operated channels. You might start your day analyzing campaign performance data to identify optimization opportunities, then collaborate with cross-functional partners to design a new landing page experience for a specific marketplace. Later, you could be running experiments to test different incentive promotion strategies or automating a campaign launch to reach customers at scale. You'll move fluidly between strategic planning and hands-on execution, working with product, technology

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion - Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels - Bachelor's degree in marketing, economics, business or equivalent
  • Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives - Experience with Tableau, SQL
  • other data analysis and visualization tools - Knowledge of basic data-mining techniques - Background in B2B and/or B2C marketing environments - Experience designing, forecasting
