We are seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead our AI Artwork Operations team in Bangalore, India. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing a team of AI Artwork/Content Quality Specialists who review and edit AI-generated artwork to ensure compliance with Prime Video's guidelines and standards. You will own the end-to-end operational delivery of artwork quality, drive process improvements

- Lead and manage a team of 5–10 AI Artwork/Content Quality Specialists, with responsibility for hiring, coaching, performance management, and career development.
- Own the operational delivery of the AI artwork review and editing workflow — ensuring artwork published on Prime Video is compliant with guidelines, visually appealing, and drives customer engagement.
- Establish and refine operational processes, quality standards, and compliance frameworks for AI-generated artwork review and editing.
- Monitor and analyze team productivity, quality metrics, and operational KPIs to identify trends, address gaps, and drive continuous improvement.
- Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet service level agreements and business objectives, adjusting as volume and complexity evolve.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including product, engineering, and content partners — to provide operational input, influence tool development, and improve workflows.
- Serve as the escalation point for complex quality decisions, providing guidance on compliance and creative standards.
- Prepare the team and operations for scale — developing the infrastructure, documentation, and training programs needed to onboard new workflows in the following year.

Based in Bangalore, India, the team operates at the intersection of AI technology and creative quality — reviewing and editing AI-generated artwork across multiple languages and territories. As an early member of this team, you'll have the opportunity to shape processes from the ground up, build a high-performing team
- directly influence how millions of global customers discover and engage with Prime Video's content catalog.
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English - Bachelor's degree -
- 4+ years of experience in people management, including hiring, coaching, and performance management -
- 3+ years of experience in operations management, content quality, or digital content production -
- Experience establishing and managing operational processes and quality standards in a production or operations environment -
- Experience using data and metrics to drive decision-making and process improvement
- Experience in the entertainment industry - Experience in managing creative teams - Experience building and managing teams - Experience with process improvement techniques such as Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma -
- Familiarity with AI-generated content workflows or tools -
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders across product, engineering, and content teams -
