- AWS is seeking a Business Strategy Advisor to serve as a strategic partner and force multiplier to the Healthcare & Alliance Leader for Canada Public Sector. This role is the strategic and operational pillar to the healthcare sales and public sector partner sales business — driving rhythm of the business, shaping strategy, synthesizing insights

Key job responsibilities Strategic Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor and extension of the business leader — translating priorities into actionable plans, representing leadership in key meetings and cross-functional forums, anticipating challenges
- surfacing insights that inform better decisions. Operating Rhythm: Design and run the business cadence — leadership meetings, pipeline reviews, QBRs, planning cycles
- executive updates. Define and track OKRs/KPIs, monitor business trends
- ensure discussions result in clear decisions, accountability
- follow-through. Cross-Functional Influence: Lead and influence without authority across account teams, partners, specialists, marketing, finance

- scenario modeling. Translate complex information into concise, executive-ready recommendations. About the team The role will primarily work with the Healthcare and Public Sector Alliance leader across two separate teams and also work occasionally on organizational initiatives as needed.
- 5+ years of management consulting, strategy, technology, venture capital
- a related industry experience - Experience converting insights into strategy and communicating complex ideas clearly and logically in written communication - Experience working across teams and influencing teams that are not your own - Experience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses
- experience in building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making - Experience coordinating cross-functional inputs, meeting deadlines
- effectively managing competing priorities - Experience handling ambiguous or undefined challenges through strong problem solving abilities - Experience conducting sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages

As a total compensation company, Amazon's package may include other elements such as sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
