Key job responsibilities - Collaborate with science and engineering teams to define near term and long-term product roadmap - Make tradeoffs while balancing business needs with technical constraints - Transform high-level business strategies into clear, actionable technical roadmaps that inspire and align multiple organizations - Create clarity, eliminate obstacles
- drive issue resolution to ensure deliverables and timelines are met. - Drive continuous improvement efforts to ensure delivery mechanisms get better over time - Anticipate and mitigate risks before they impact deliverables through strategic planning and proactive problem-solving - Serve as trusted advisor to leadership, science
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience - 3+ years of software development experience - 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
