This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior business development leader to join the team to shape and drive Amazon Advertising’s strategic agency partnerships with a major Holding Company. Key job responsibilities The Agency Development Managers (ADM) are single threaded owners responsible for relationships with our largest agency customers in the US. They own the Amazon Advertising/Agency Holding Company US relationship at the most senior level. ADMs are tasked with accelerating Amazon Advertising revenue, increasing Amazon Ads tool adoption and increasing penetration of the total advertiser universe in each agency. Candidates must be excellent communicators, experienced in operating at all levels of matrixed organizations, strategic thinkers with the ability to earn the trust of partners internally and externally. - have the ability to “think big” while prioritizing and delivering bar-raising experiences to Amazon Advertising’s media agency customers. ADMs play a critical role in arming agencies with the knowledge and tools to develop and sell through Amazon-focus ideas to their clients. You will be accountable for advertiser growth via strategic alliances, education
- ideation directly with US media agencies.
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience - Experience managing internal and external relationships - Experience of high level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs)
